Second Opposition Group critic for public security
André Spénard is very dedicated to his community, and his career shows a tremendous concern for the vulnerable. In addition to being a popular mayor of Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce for nearly 10 years, he was operating as director general for 34 years in adapted companies that help thousands of people with disabilities find a job. He sits as a volunteer on the boards of several organizations in his region and is also the president of a low-income housing centre for people with physical disabilities.
This father of two was elected for the first time in 2012 and then re-elected in 2014 with a majority of over 50% of the votes.
