Engaged with the CAQ since its foundation, Jean-Bernard Émond is foremost an ardent defender of his region. He was a teacher and the owner of an architectural signage firm for some years. Familiar with local issues, he is determined to drive things forward and make a change for the families of his riding. Coming from a family of printers active for more than 80 years in Sorel-Tracy, Jean-Bernard is no stranger to politics, having been political advisor and office director for Nathalie Roy, CAQ MNA for Montarville and caucus president. He now wants to become the voice of Richelieu at the National Assembly.
