Geneviève Hébert is a Sherbrookoise at heart, her family has been established there for four generations. A committed retailer, she has been the owner of the Mère Poule boutique for 14 years, on King Street East, specializing in breastfeeding products and products for children.
She and other retailers participated in the “Rues principales” venture, which gave new life to a section of King Street. His attachment to the neighborhood is deep.
A multi-talented woman, she has also been a sales manager and a residential construction project manager for Habitation Plus until 2018.
Her involvement has taken many forms over the years. She has been a director of the Fleurimont Chamber of Commerce (2007-2008) and spokesperson for “Rues principales” for Fleurimont (2006 to 2011).
Genevieve has been married for 22 years and the mother of two young adults.
