An adopted Montrealer, Caroline Proulx is first and foremost from Saint-Jean-de-Matha, where she spent all her youth. Her family ties are still deeply rooted in the greater Berthier region.
She is an experienced public affairs facilitator. Her talent as a host (LCN Ce soir, Tête de Proulx, La Fosse aux lionnes) and commentator (Denis Lévesque, Bouchard en parle, Dumont) has been seen in several medias over the years.
A dynamic woman with many talents, she has a perfect command of English and studies Italian and German. She also has a passion for travel and running. Caroline is a lover of life. In 2014, she published her first book, 100 days for happiness, inspired by the bestseller Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert.
Close to people and involved in the community, she has been a spokesperson and host of charity galas for the Alzheimer Society of Laval, Leucan and Center Philou, a respite center for children with multiple disabilities.
